By using RevKeep ("the app"), operated by Belleville Systems ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
RevKeep is a personal vehicle-maintenance journal that lets you log vehicles, services, mileage, and costs, decode your VIN, and view safety-recall information. Optional Cloud Sync backs up and syncs your data across devices.
Important: Safety-recall and vehicle-specification information is provided for informational purposes only, sourced from third parties including NHTSA, and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. RevKeep is not an official source and is not a substitute for checking directly with the vehicle manufacturer, an authorized dealer, or NHTSA. You are responsible for verifying recalls and maintenance needs and for keeping your vehicle safe and roadworthy. We are not liable for any reliance on recall, maintenance, or specification information shown in the app.
Cloud Sync requires an account. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
You own the data you enter. RevKeep is local-first; we provide optional Cloud Sync and an Export feature, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We do not guarantee against loss of locally stored data (for example, if you clear app storage, lose or replace a device, or uninstall without syncing or exporting).
Don't misuse the app: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access others' data, no interference with or disruption of the service, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law.
The app, its design, branding, and content (excluding the data you enter) are owned by Belleville Systems. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any data (including recall information) will be accurate, current, or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belleville Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or vehicle damage or personal injury, arising from or related to your use of the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be surfaced in the app and the "Last updated" date revised. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
RevKeep is operated from the United States. These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the state in which Belleville Systems is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
